Returns + Exchanges
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 28 days of receiving your original order. All you have to do is fill in the returns form supplied with your order and post it back to us.
Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
If you are within New Zealand and the item is incorrect or faulty please contact our customer services and we will send you a free returns label.
For International customers if the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it we will refund your postage costs on receipt of the item.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size/colour of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
We aim to process all exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 14 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.
If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be automatically issued a refund instead.
All exchanges will be sent back out free of charge :)
If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that Customer service can investigate this for you
